hi Are the military spec anorak / smock 100% cotton? If not /polycotton etc what is proportion of cotton / other material? looking for one each for wife and I - she measures 33" chest - I am about 44". can you advise what you would recommend size wise for each please? and to be doubly sure can you advise what each size measures flat across chest when laid flat. These likely to be baggy so want to be sure please? Thanks Ray
